From the 4th to the 10th of October, Prof. Hayashida, Aakash project leader, has been to Delhi, India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She gave a keynote lecture at the International conference “Air Pollution in Delhi NCR and north India during winter: Causes and remedies at Bhaskaracharya College, Delhi University, on 6th October. more detai<\/a>l<\/a> <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

After the Lecture, she exchanged opinions with one of the WG2 members Prof. S. Dhaka(Rajdhani College, University of Delhi, India<\/a>), Dr. Narendra Singh(Aryabhatta Research Institute of observational sciences, India<\/a>), and Prof. A.P. Dimri(Jawaharlal Nehru University, India<\/a>) about the research plan of the observation campaign employing the CUPI network deployed in Northwestern India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the 7th, visited Ms. Mihoko Nagai, a Secretary (Environment) of the Economic Section Embassy of Japan in India, and discussed ways in which Japan can cooperate in reducing air pollution in Delhi.
