The 28th UN Climate Change Conference (COP28) was held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, between November 30 and December 12, 2023.
Aakash project leader Prof. Prabir Patra gave a presentation on “Regional emissions and removals of carbon dioxide (2000-2022), and cobenefits of biomass burning emission reduction for air pollution control” at a local seminar at the Japan Pavilion on December 9 and led a successful panel discussion.
